Remarks: Weekendays Travel will provide you the MRV receipt, DS-160 form, and your US biometrics appointment and schedule confirmation.
Please bring all documents together with your original passport and stamped confirmation page upon the interview. Documents stated for employees or for businessmen are suggested requirements which may be requested by the embassy during your interview.

- Processing fee does not include the transport fee (Grab, Lalamove, etc.) of the documents to and from Weekendays Travel HQ — this will be shouldered by the client.

STANDARD DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS · ALL DESTINATIONS
- Duly accomplished visa application form
- Two passport-sized colored pictures (white background)
- Original passport (must be valid for at least 6 months)
- Old passport issued within the last 10 years
- Original personal bank certificate (must include account type, current balance, account opening date, 8 months average daily balance)
- Original bank statement or certified true copy of passbook for the last 8 months
- Original PSA birth and marriage certificate
For Employees
- Original employment certificate with leave of absence (position, date hired, salary, date of return to work)
- Pay slips for the last 6 months
- Copy of PRC/IBP ID (if professional)
- Copy of company ID
- Copy of recent personal income tax return
For Businessmen
- Copy of business registration (DTI or SEC)
- Copy of business permit or mayor's permit
- Copy of income tax return
- Copy of financial statements
For Students / Minors
- Proof of enrollment
- Copy of school ID
- Leave of absence from school (if traveling while classes are ongoing)
- Consent form (signed by both parents, allowing the child to travel)
For Retirees
- Copy of senior citizen card or retirement documents
For Foreign Nationals
- Copy of Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)
- Copy of International Card Residence (ICR)
- Re-entry permit
If Company Shoulders the Trip
- Guarantee letter from company
- Original bank certificate and bank statements of the company (latest 6 months)
- Copy of business documents and ITR of the company
Travel Itinerary Requirements
- Cover Letter with Travel Itinerary
- Flight Reservation Confirmation (must include confirmed roundtrip ticket)

You will receive a detailed list of visa requirements and guidelines via email.

Our team will contact your provided mobile number to assist you further. We may create a Facebook Messenger or Viber group chat for faster communication and updates.

Submission of Scanned Documents
You will send clear scanned copies of all your documents and application form for initial checking and evaluation. Another method is to upload all files in a drive and share with us.

Document Review & Feedback
Our team will review your documents and advise if there are any missing or documents that need correction.

Appointment Scheduling
Once your documents are complete, we will assist in setting your appointment with the Visa Application Center (VAC) for biometrics and submission, if applicable.

Final Submission of Documents & Passport
After final checking, you will submit your complete documents and passport/s via courier for processing in the Weekendays HQ. Courier fees are shouldered by the applicant.

Biometrics Appointment & Submission
Should the visa application require an appearance, do not worry — we will meet and contact you at the venue on the day of your appointment to assist you.
