• Photocopy of Business Registration (SEC or DTI) — must be in complete set including incorporators
• Photocopy of Updated Mayor's Business Permit
• Original Personal Bank Certificate (account type, current balance, opening date, 6 months average)
• Original Bank Statement (original or CTC for last 6 months)
• Photocopy of latest ITR Form 1701 with TIN and receipt (complete pages)
• Certified True Copy of PSA Marriage Certificate (if applicable)

• Sponsor's documents (as Employee or Businessman — immediate family members only)
• Proof of relationship (PSA Birth Certificate)
• Copy of diploma (if newly graduated)
• Computerized letter of explanation why unemployed — with original signature (for unemployed individuals)

• Original School Certificate
• Photocopy of School ID
• Certified True Copy of PSA Birth Certificate
• Parents' documents (as Employee or Businessman)If parents have a valid visa, attach photocopy. If not travelling with parents, attach copy of parents' passport or valid ID.
• If financially supported by relative (sibling, grandparent, aunt/uncle): letter of explanation + proof of relationship
• If minor not travelling with parents: DSWD card (front & back), letter of consent from parents, valid visa of travel companion

• Senators, Congressmen, Governors, Provincial Board Members, Mayors (and immediate family)
• Required: Identification documents (certificate of employment or appointment)
• Exempted: Bank certificates, bank statements, and ITR

• Rank of Assistant Secretary or higher (Executive Branch), or Brigadier General of AFP/PNP (and immediate family)
• Required: Original Certificate of EmploymentMust specify organization, working period, position, and salary
• Exempted: Bank certificates, bank statements, and ITR

• Physicians, dentists, lawyers (including judges/prosecutors), CPAs, pharmacists, veterinarians — and immediate family
• Required: Certificate of employment + copy of PRC License ID or IBP ID
• Exempted: Bank certificates, bank statements, and ITR

• BDO Gold or BDO Elite Credit Card holders (excluding supplementary cards) — and immediate family
• Required: Certificate of employment, copy of credit card (front only), latest 3 months Monthly Billing Statements
• Exempted: Bank certificates, bank statements, and ITR

Important Notes:

1. Processing fee does not include the transport fee (Grab, Lalamove, etc.) of the documents to and from Weekendays Travel HQ — this will be shouldered by the client.
2. Additional requirements may be required by the embassy without prior notice.
