Visa FAQs
Questions we answer every day
How long does a visa application take?
Processing times vary by embassy and visa type. Japan and Korea typically take 10–14 working days, while Schengen visas may take 15–25 working days or longer during peak seasons. We’ll advise you of the latest processing time before you proceed.
Do you guarantee visa approval?
No agency can — the decision belongs to the embassy. What we do is make sure your forms are correct, your supporting documents are complete and your appointment is booked, which is where most refusals come from.
What documents do I need to start?
Usually a passport valid for at least six months, proof of employment or business, bank statements for the last three to six months, and your travel itinerary. Each country has its own list — check the requirements on the service page or ask us.
